Our Team
With nearly 2 decades of human resource experience, Donna is a champion for both her clients & candidates. She has led over 200 executive searches & coached over 500 Columbia Business School MBA grads. Donna has an MA from New School University & a coaching certification from Columbia University.
Ira's entire career has centered on the nonprofit sector, including a remarkable tenure as EVP at Professionals for Nonprofits Staffing Group. He is a trusted partner within the sector securing top-tier talent to enhance growth at every level. His extensive knowledge allows for the cultivation of enduring relationship.
Victoria is a human resources, talent acquisition innovator who dedicated her career to high-performing charter networks. Her expertise and intricate knowledge about the complexities of charter schools are invaluable. She is a Baruch College grad with a degree in Corporate Communications.
Abby has worked in education her entire career. She began in the classroom before making her way into the talent recruitment space where she quickly shined. She is deeply committed to her community & holds a MS in Education from Fordham University.
Lara is a veteran Teach for America Corps member where she taught in public & charter schools. Lara has held key positions in recruiting with Harlem RBI, Harlem Village Academies and more. She holds an MPH from NYU & her MA from Pace University.
Ross is a people operations performer working in talent acquisition & recruiting. He has held top positions with Coney Island Prep & Fora Travel. Ross is a veteran Teach for America Corps member deeply passionate about education. He holds his BA from Texas Christian University.
